At Rowan, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn garments. If your fit isn't perfect, we make the exchange process seamless to ensure you find your new favorite style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
